Kimberly Melton has worked with WSH for over 4 years and orchestrates processes, data and technology to help WSH efficiently deliver multifamily properties as well as financial analysis, development advisory and entitlement services. To keep developments moving forward Kimberly oversees communications to project stakeholders and provides operation support through financial analysis, investor reporting, and process implementation.  She has a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University and an MBA from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.
