Joshua Greene has nearly 5 years of commercial real estate experience serving as an investment analyst and associate broker with Northmarq in Atlanta, GA. During his tenure, he led the underwriting, market analysis, and due diligence process for over $515 million in retail and industrial sales transactions. With a solid foundation in both investment sales and development analysis, he brings a data-driven, client-centric approach to every deal. Joshua received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Brown University in 2019 and joined the Windsor Stevens team in April 2025.
