Chevene has over 10 years of experience in real estate acquisition and sales as well as financial, operational, and compliance reporting, in addition to managing public-private partnerships with development partners, third-party property management companies, and federal housing authority agencies.  As a Project Executive, he continues to use his established track record of underwriting, valuations, market analysis, and market research to lead the charge on upcoming developments for Windsor Stevens Holdings.   He holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Morehouse College and an MBA from Georgia State University with a concentration in Real Estate Development.
